Shocking Reports claim Princess Kate was forced to reveal cancer diagnosis after threat of news leak

Kensington Palace was contacted by someone who learned she had cancer, leaving the Princess of Wales and aides with no option but to try and ‘get ahead of the story,’ a report says

On March 22, the Princess of Wales announced to the world that she is battling cancer. An announcement, which came after a flurry of rumors about her health, however, according to the British, there appears to have been blackmail against the Princess of Wales.

According to the Daily Mail and journalist Ephraim Hardcastle, the Princess of Wales and Kensington Palace received threats from an unknown person who warned them that within the next few hours Catherine’s medical file would be published.

The Princess of Wales shared a personal video message that was recorded in Windsor by BBC Studios.

The publication does not mention, however, it is not known whether the information came from the London Clinic, where Catherine was, or from someone close to her.

It is unclear whether the leak came from inside the London Clinic, where the princess underwent abdominal surgery in January, or elsewhere.

After weeks of frantic speculation on social media about her health and well-being, Catherine posted the candid video message just over 2 weeks ago, confirming that she is undergoing chemotherapy for cancer.

It’s unclear from the Ephraim Hardcastle column whether the leak originated from The London Clinic or from a flunkey who had been coy about their whereabouts. “Whatever the cause, Kate’s overwhelming praise proved it was the right choice.”

Reporters from both sides of the Atlantic claimed that the princess calmly revealed that the cancer was found after undergoing surgery in January for a condition that wasn’t thought to be cancerous at the time. She was praised for demonstrating “the fortitude” of the late Queen Elizabeth II. Kate also announced that she had started “preventative chemotherapy,” using words that she allegedly wrote herself, while sporting a casual, “everyday mum uniform” of jeans and a sweater. But “I am well and getting stronger every day,” she reassured the populace.

Even though Catherine omitted some information, such as the type of cancer she had, she nevertheless made remarks that appeared to be intended to put an end to rumors about her union with Prince William and to clarify why so little had been made public about her illness since her surgery and her final appearance on Christmas Day. She talked about how important it was to have “William by my side,” adding that the couple put their kids’ health before her diagnosis.

She said, “It has taken us some time to reassure George, Charlotte, and Louis that everything will be OK and to explain everything to them in a way that is appropriate for them.”

Numerous royal watchers conjectured that the princess arranged the video’s release to coincide with her kids’ academic calendars. They speculated that she may have wanted to wait to announce her cancer diagnosis until after her kids had taken a break for Easter so that the family could process the news together, according to InStyle.

“We now see the reasoning behind the timing: we were waiting for the kids to get out of school. And she hit the mark exactly, as royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith told InStyle.

However, the Daily Mail column begs the question of whether the princess had more urgent concerns about the timing—perhaps that a story about her condition was going to be published. In any event, observers noted that the video mostly subdued the barrage of rumors regarding the princess’s health and criticism of the royal family. Even supporters of the royal family expressed their opinion that the palace handled the controversy badly and seemed to be withholding the princess’ condition from the British public.

Nonetheless, the most important thing right now is for the future Queen to regain her health and have the piece of mind.
