The Royal Family Is Snubbing The 10th Anniversary Invictus CelebrationsThis really shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone, now should it? There’s a new report that says none of the senior members of the royal family will be there to support Prince Harry at the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games this month.

Even though it’s a huge deal for the Duke of Sussex, senior members such as King Charles and Prince William are going to be skipping it completely and apparently they’ve got a good reason behind it, too. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

The royal family is snubbing the 10th anniversary of the Invictus games, which is expected to be held on May 8th.

One source close to the situation told the Daily Mail that while Prince Harry is expected to give a reading at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London, none of his family members are expected to be present.

What’s more, his wife Meghan Markle and their two children Archie and Lilibet will stay behind in California. Harry is expected to stay at a hotel during his brief visit to the UK.

It goes without saying that many royal fans sure do have a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some have even commented with, If the King or William do not attend it will make them look bad, as if they don’t care about our wounded soldiers. They’ve refused to acknowledge the veterans participating in the last two IG. That ship sailed a long time ago.

This is just more of the same and nothing new,” along with, “No worries, they are probably gonna go to a podcast and talk about how much Kate loves swimming in the dark, which isn’t weird at all and certainly not about grabbing headlines. Also, are they even invited?”

Another critic wrote, “The jealousy and insecurity of Chuckles and his workshy heir knows no bounds. My goodness!

They’re only hurting themselves because they just look soooo petty and pathetic! Shunning veterans to stick it to your (veteran) son is not a good look. Nice king ya’ got there, England.”

So far Buckingham Palace has made no comments about the matter.
